Program A

Amateur Athlete Services High School & College

The Become Fitness approach to the high school and college phases is to excel at quickness and explosiveness both in linear and multidirectional patterns. It is critical to eliminate dysfunctions in movement so each athlete can move more efficiently, and decrease injury potential. Most families consider this portion of their training an investment into either getting into their college of choice and/or even a potential scholarship with today can be valued at up to a quarter of a million dollars. The Become Fitness team will have each athlete training using the same systems and methodology we use to train the Pros.

Private Training

Training starts with an Initial Performance Evaluation where weaknesses and deficiencies are pinpointed and athletic type is profiled. From these findings, a specific program is designed for each individual athlete.

  • 1 on 1 with an BF Coach

  • Individualized Programing

  • Scheduled by Appointment

Semi-Private Training

Much like the private training it begins with an Initial Preformance Evaluation for each athlete. Once profiled, the athlete will be matched with others containing the same skill level. 

  • Max of 4 Athletes per BF coach in a 60 or 90 minute session

  • Individualized Programing Sectored in Groups

  • Scheduled by Appointment

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

Become Fitness offers hands-on workouts with our fitness specialists who provide feedback and encouragement with every rep! Small Group Training combines an advanced level of attention with the camaraderie of working out in a group. If you prefer working out solo, but want guidance and workout plans from an expert, then Coaching is for you. Whether you’re a newcomer to the gym who’d like a little guidance or a competitive athlete, Become Fitness can help you achieve your overall goals!

Professional Athlete Services

Become Fitness designs a comprehensive NFL Combine training program with one single objective: to elevate the draft status of each athlete through a superior performance at the NFL Scouting Combine/Pro Day. Our training methods replicate all the tests and team workouts the athlete will encounter. Upon completion of the program, each athlete will have mastered all the skills needed to make a lasting impression with every NFL scout and coach.To achieve maximum results, each athlete will receive individual training and nutrition strategies to help them gain that extra inch and extra tenth. After initial performance screenings, they’ll work in small position groups with coaches to give the best personal attention. Utilizing the results of these tests, our team will customize training sessions to strengthen areas of weakness and instability while building overall strength, speed, power, and greater movement abilities.

Program E

Youth Development Programs Ages 6 - 12 

The Become Fitness approach to performance in the youth, focuses on teaching proper movement patterns to get them ingrained as early as possible, before bad habits turn into career ending injuries. They will use these patterns every day in life and sports. The focus on increasing strength at this age is to control volume and keep the athletes focused on perfect movement patterns early for neuromuscular gains in speed, strength, and power. Our state of the art equipment uses air as resistance instead of mass which decreases injury potential and allows the athlete to produce force as fast as they possible can with the same resistance throughout the entire range of motion. This is the perfect age to start to create a strong foundation for both sports and in life. This program is designed for all athletes at any skill level from ages 6-12. The fundamentals of athleticism and movement are taught in a fun small group environment.

Small Group Training

Our group training allows for no more than 8 children in a course, wherein they will be able to work as a team as well as a few one-on-one training opportunities. The Youth program is conducted in 60 minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.

Individualized Programs

Our Individualized Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. The one-on-one programs are available in 30 minute and 60 minute segments.
